Waukesha’s MOst Wanted Aguilar wanted for drug trafficking, drug possession


WAUKESHA — The Waukesha Police Department has put Marcus J. Aguilar on its “wanted” list. He is described as 6-feet tall, weighing 260 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

He is a Hispanic man born April 1, 1991. He has several tattoos, including “aguilar” on his right forearm, “ocho” on his left forearm and “3 dots” on his right hand.

There is a felony warrant for Aguilar for three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine, Maintain Drug Trafficking Place, Possession with Intent to Sell Cocaine, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Nationwide Extradition.

He is Waukesha County Case No. 17CF1680. There is a municipal warrant for Aguilar through the Waukesha Police Department for Possession of Controlled Substance, Warrant No. 2017000, bond amount $313. In addition, there is a paternity warrant for Aguilar through the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, bond amount $1,060, Warrant No. 10PA394PJ.

According to the Waukesha Police Department, Aguilar has an extensive criminal history, including arrests for possession of narcotic drugs, manufacture/ deliver cocaine, maintain a drug trafficking place, obstructing an officer, substantial battery and theft.

Aguilar has been known to frequent Waukesha, and may possibly living in Waukesha. His last known addresses were 1010 Pearl St. and 316 W. Newhall Ave., Apt. 3.
