WAUKESHA — The Waukesha Police Department has alerted the community that Christopher Lesik, a registered sex offender, will be released to live in Waukesha. He was convicted in 2008 of 1st degree sexual assault of a 7-year-old female acquaintance.
Lesik, 55, will be a life registrant with the sex offender registry and has submitted to face-to-face registration with law enforcement. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with victims, no employment or volunteering with minors, and not to purchase/ possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs.
He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime G.P.S. monitoring with exclusion zones in the downtown Waukesha area. Lesik, born March 3, 1964, will be released today to live at 1104 E. Main St. No. 8. He is 5-feet, 11-inches tall and is white with blond hair. He weighs 226 pounds and has blue eyes.
Lesik has a pierced left ear and no tattoos. According to the police department release, Lesik’s criminal history places him in a classification level which reflects the potential to reoffend. He has served the prison sentence imposed on him by the courts.
