She confirmed she was set to take part in the new series Strictly Come Dancing on Wednesday.

The 34-year-old TV presenter, who has left her job co-hosting X Factor spin-off show The Xtra Factor, rocked up at the studios in a casual all-black ensemble.

London's increasingly chilly weather may mean that winter is on its way, but that didn't stop Caroline Flack stepping out today in one of summer's most on trend sandal types - the flatform.
The flatform hovered on the trend sidelines for a considerable amount of time before being propelled into the spotlight recently following Stella McCartney's prolific 'Lindsey' design, causing a bit of a flatform fashion frenzy to take place.
Caroline's stylish numbers featuring a wooden heel and gold detail are from ASOS but are unfortunately no longer available. We've actually spotted her Flack's friend Fearne Cotton sporting the same pair in the past so we're not surprised they've now sold out!
Not to worry though because there's still plenty out there on the high-street. Remember, if you don't consider yourself a high heel aficionado and find the flatform a bit daunting, then stick to a smaller height like Topshop's 'Wolf' sandal.* PRICES MAY NOT BE AS ADVERTISED ...NOW GET ONES LIKE IT
