New Mexico:
Chris’ Saturday Forecast
Saturday Night

Scattered storms will be on the increase this afternoon with Albuquerque having a shot for rain later this evening.   Central and western New Mexico will be favored to see most of the storms to start this afternoon.  But the storms could continue overnight into the Eastern Plains and in the Southeast.  Moisture will continue to be drawn into the state for Sunday and Morning with regular rounds of scattered storms each day.  Some of the rain could be locally heavy at times prompting flooding concerns.   The added moisture and daily rounds of storms will keep temperatures much cooler than normal for this time of the year into the upcoming week.
